Day 7 -

Hello All,
Today was just another day. My weight is down to 87.8 LB! 8 LB in 8 days, Woo-Whoo! Work was kind of funny today though, they randomly decided to order 2 pizza's and then started waving it in my face. It was funny because I hate pepperoni, and I have more resolve than they think! O.K. other than that there is nothing else.

Breakfast - Eggs and Sausage

Lunch - Salad and Tuna

Dinner - Chicken

Days 5 & 6 -

Hello Everyone,
I have to apologize, I didn't write a blog yesterday so I am writing one that encompasses both. As for any significant changes there have been little. Yesterday my weight was down to 288.0 LB and today down again to 287.8 LB! Yesterday however, Larissa and I went to Wal-mart and I got a ton of low carb foods which was awesome because let's face it I was so tired of eggs and nothing but eggs! Today I had eggs for breakfast ( go figure), but my lunch was quite amazing! I had roast beef and monterey-cheddar lettuce roll-ups, carrots with a homemade spinach dip, and a couple hard boiled eggs (the irony is just killing me). The lack of support at work is really starting to up-set me, especially when they order Bo-jangles (a southern KFC for you northerners) and pizza for lunch and then make fun of me telling me that I need to lay off on the food that I'm not even eating. I know that getting into a better environment is exactly what I need, So I hope that this Job with Everest pulls through soon.

The only meal I didn't mention was dinner and I'll say what I had today and yesterday,

Dinner Yesterday - Baked Stuffed Mushrooms with Mozzarella, and the Homemade Spinach Dip cooked right in! YUM!!

Dinner Tonight - Burgers with Peppers and Onions mixed right in.

Day 4 -

Hello Everyone,
Day 4 started out as a wonderful surprise! My weight is down to 288.4 LB! Nearly 6 LB since day one! Woo-Whoo! As my day went on though I was less and less excited. We had a cook-out at work as we do every other Saturday, and it was quite a challenge not to want to eat all of the things I can't have like Fudge Rounds, Swiss Rolls, and chips, but the harder ones were the ketchup and relish because I am so used to putting them on so many foods. The other problem I am having is the lack of support at work, there are a select few that support me 100% but there are others who almost seem like they are supporting my failure 110% and my success
-110%. It could be that they hate the fact that I am not like them and have the drive to make myself a better person, or it could be that they are just ass-holes, and for the most part I am going with the latter option. But day 5 is a new day and I will make it work.

Breakfast- Eggs and Turkey Bacon (not my favorite I must add)

Lunch- Bratwurst with Cheese and Mustard

Supper- More Eggs and Turkey Bacon

Day 3 -

Hello All,
Day three was rather exciting! I lost 1.2 LB since I started all of this! I am very excited to see the results so soon! Other than that not so much of an eventful day. Woke up late so I didn't get to the gym this morning, but I did some extra walking to try and make up for it just a little.

Breakfast- Eggs

Lunch- Bubba burger

Supper- Steak and Salad

Day 2 -

So today was a bit interesting on the diet side of life. I had to work today and there are several temptations at nearly all times. The biggest being the popcorn machine. I have to admit that I did goof-up a little I had a single piece of popcorn, and then when I went to get some more I stopped myself but that first piece snuck up on me. I had eaten it before I even new it had happened. Note to self... BE MORE AWARE OF WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH! Other than that not much else happened. I didn't lose any weight yet, not that I thought that I would, so still at 294.4 LB.

Breakfast - Eggs and Black Coffee

Lunch - Raw Tomato (1 medium)

Supper - Scrambled Eggs and a slice of sandwich ham

Day 1-

Weighed myself this morning 294.4 LB. Not the heaviest I have ever been, but pretty close. Starting on a good note however, I weighed 295.6 LB a week ago! 

Had eggs for breakfast, just eggs. Oh! and black coffee! 

Hit the Gym around 9:00 A.M. Did a 14 minute mile. This will be a good judge of how I am doing as I improve that number!

Lunch: More eggs with ham.

Dinner: 2 Bubba Burgers (I have a feeling I am going to be eating a lot of those). I did spice them up a bit though! I cooked up some cabbage, onions, and a couple strips of bacon to go on top! I also had a little bit of tomato (1/4 cup as I am not supposed to have a lot, or tomato sauce) and a mustard sauce!The whole thing was quite tasty! 

Anybody that might have recipes or useful suggestions they are more than welcome!
